hello,

i have a 88 chevrolet conversion van (gladiator) 3/4 ton with 350 engine. the interior lights and the tv does not work. i have checked all the fuses and they all are ok. just wondering if it could be a relay (which i can't find anywhere) or maybe a module of some sort. i am guessing all the interior lights and the tv are hooked up together on one circuit. not really sure where to go from here..any help will be appreciated

Hi Eric,
I don't know how they wired that, but are you sure the TV works anyway?

hi van,
thanks for the reply. not really sure if the tv works or not, i just thought that maybe its tied into the same circuit as the interior lights (this van also has sort of track lighting system along the whole inside of it). just wondering where i can find any relays or fusible links in this thing...do you know where GM usually puts the relays and fusible links in a standard G series van?
thanks a lot

Answer
Hi Eric,
I don't ever work on those.
I have seen some fuse blocks up high above the mirror before, but don't know if that's where yours would be or not.
For the standard vehicle, the fusible links often are on the starter solenoid stud, but I just don't know on the conversions.
