Chevrolet Repair: wiper blades, chevy malibu, wiper arms

I own a 97' chevy malibu and my wiper blades are not working. It sounds like the wipers have power to them and when I felt my wipers I could feel it. I was wondering if it was perhaps the motor or something else. please write me back as soon as you get this.

Hi Jacob, The first thing I want you to do is check the nuts that hold the wiper arms on. They are under that black plastic cap and the nut is a 13mm. These nut loosen up at times. Be sure that the wiper motor is off and the wipers are at the bottom when you tighten the nuts.
