turn and 4way failed, can and where are flashers or is problem in steering column? Fuses OK.

If BOTH systems failed at the same time, Most likely within the steering column.

WARNING: IF you have an AIR BAG on the steering wheel, There are SPECIFIC de-activation procedures that MUST be followed as disconnecting the battery will NOT fully de-activate the air bag system due to the backup power supply for the air bag system.

Many people every year get seriously injured or KILLED due to improper air bag de-activations.
