Chevrolet Repair: 99 Cheve Blazer code PO785, autotrans, cheve

I keep getting the engine light on my '99 Cheve Blazer (99,000 miles).  Has been happening regularly since 91,613 miles.  Drives well, except for the automatic loss of first gear when the light comes on.  I have been told that a code scan reveals a PO785 code, which refers to the 3-2 shift, sometimes happening at "0 miles per hour."  Had the 3-2 shift solenoid, throttle position scanner, and transmission filter replaced.  Still happens.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

On internet (www.autotransinc.com/pwrrly.htm), found that Autotrans Inc. offers a "Power Relay System" for a similar problem.

Any thought about this?
