QuestionHello Van , I'm living in Belgium ( Europe )and like USA cars a lot . At the moment I can't switch the heater , defrost ,A.c , ventilation. The cold and warm is still working.It's a vacum switch in the dash ( I can hear a little noise when I switch " pssssssh - psssssh " I can't find no leaks Because I don't know what for the car needs vacum .I have already have the Haynes Manuel. Do you have a plan or link where i can find something , a drawing ? Can you tel me where the vacum valve for the cruisecontrol is located?

I don't have a vacuum hose diagram for that. But if you have a public library, they should have the manuals.
If there is a leak anywhere in the system, the actuators could work slowly or not at all.
There should be a canister under the hood to store vacuum.
I'm surprised that yours would have a vacuum operated cruise control, but if it does, the actuator will be linked to the throttle lever, and just follow the hoses back to the controller.
