CTS has been changed,cotinuity in both leads,codes have been reset.Check engine light will come back on after restarting
will not start cold(40%degree's)sluggish to start
above that

WHO told you to check for CONTINUITY. You DO NOT test the leads for continuity.

One YELLOW lead is a FIVE (5) volt reference voltage supply from the vehicles ECM (computer) and the BLACK is the sensors GROUND path also back to the ECM.

I hope you did NOT damage the ECM.

Do you STILL have a CODE 15 ?. I need to know BEFORE we go anywhere else in our testing process.
