Chevrolet Repair: BlueWhite Smoke, chevy van, mitchell manuals

Question
Always had a bit of a smoking problem with my 83 Chevy Van.  Pulling into my drive way after a short trip the other day I noticed the smoking problem had become billows of white-blue white smoke poring out of the exhaust.  Have replace fouled plugs and cleaned up much of the E-control stuff including those "things" under the valve covers.  Broke the PCV valve taking it off and will replace that.  Was wondering if I can get a diagram of the vacuum lines and E-control lines for this 305 engine.  The smoking has pretty much ceased and I'm thinking of replacing all the hose lines around the engine.
It's an 83 Chevy Van, 3/4 ton G20 model with a 305 engine and automatic transmission.  I've pulled most of the A/C stuff out of it and hope to complete that process one day.

Answer
Hi Don,
Any chance the PCV valve was broken before you tried to remove it? That could suck some oil.
At the public library, in the refference section, there are all types of shop manuals.
Mitchell manuals has a complete book on vacuum hose diagrams, for all types of vehicles. Make a copy.
