Chevrolet Repair: 4x4 1985 chevy 1/2 ton universal repair, wheel bearings, wheel hub

I JUST bought a 1985 chevy 1/2 ton and need to replace the universal on drivers side wheel(4x4)(a/t)
Can you provide me with instructions on doing this.
I work on cars all the time but not 4x4 .Do I need any special tools

Hi Bo,
No special tools, but you do need to remove the rotor,  4X4 Hub, wheel bearings and wheel hub, and the spindle so you can get the shaft out.
Be careful to not damage the seal in the axle tube, and clean the tube where needed before reassembly.
