Chevrolet Repair: c-10 suspension, road shocks, time jon

hi van- i have 72 c-10 ss short bed. i buy shocks and it still handles like a boat. this model is a silverado. does the name of the truck have anything to do with the suspension?  what can i do to stiffen it up all around? thankyou for your time, jon

Hi Jon,
Like a boat? I don't know exactly what that means. Smooth anc comfortable would be nice.
If you want it stiffer than orriginal equipment shocks give, you might want some Rancho off road shocks.
