Chevrolet Repair: 1985 Chevy Blazer/Clutch, clutch master cylinder, chevy blazer

It happend out the blue.
Its very hard to put in 1st gear.
I have to pump the clutch many times.
Fluid is full in reservoir.
Could it be my clutch master cylinder.
Please help? Tell me what steep to take.
Please respond soon as possible.

Hi Tomiko, Well this could be your clutch or the master cylinder for the clutch. You will have to find out on your own because I can't push on the pedal to see if there is anything happening at the top of the clutch pedal. If you don't think anything is being activated when you start to push the pedal then the master cyl could be the cause. The pedal should have the same feel from top to bottom if it does then it's most likely your clutch. You might want to have someone take a quick look at it if your not sure. Sorry I can't help more on this one.
