in response to your last answer,that fuse cannot be reset,its just a regular fuse,and also i wasnt able to rate you on your last answer because there wasnt the leads taking me to your rate your answers?

Hi Tom,
That J fuse is simply a fuse. Is it blown or look carefully as it might have a subtle crack in its internal wire?
Do you have a neon glow light or voltmeter to check for voltage across it and at the fuses/circuit breaker in the dash when the key is in the run position. Do the back-up lamps also not work? If the J fuse is good, what exactly doesn't work about the heater? There is another 40 amp fuse in position C that is for the power brakes system, so borrow that one as a test. And what is wrong with the heating system?
