Chrysler Repair: 95 sebring 2.5l lxi No start, pressure gauge, fuel rail

Question
Hello again I can't even get the car started at all now.  I have spark but seems no fuel. Is there a way to test fuel pressure? When I turn the key I can hear pump for 2 secs but no start.

Answer
Hi John,
The test suggested is to open the high pressure line where it enters the fuel rail and then there is a Miller tool 'T' fitting MD998742 which is inserted along with the pressure gauge. Unforunately no other tap.
The fuel pump electric supply sounding for a couple of seconds is correct, and I would expect the pump to fire up again as you are cranking it over (though it may be hard to hear). Check again for codes. Any at least you could pull a spark plug to be sure it is wet with fuel. Is there no hint of ignition occuring in the cylinders? May be check the signal of the MAP sensor would be an idea. That should be around 4.7V at rest, but should drop to around 1.3 to 1.5 when/if you get it to idle at stated idle rpm.
