I would like to know the location of the passenger side blend door actuator

Answer
Both actuators are on the left hand end of the HVAC unit. You have to remove the panel under the steering column to get to it. You may also have to remove the ABS control unit between the opening and that left hand end. The blend door(s) are at midline, the forward one is the driver and the rear one is the passenger door actuator.
