QUESTION: I replace the fuse and every time i do it just blows it over and over.

Answer
Then you probably have a rear running light bulb that is shorted to ground due to a bad placement in the bulb socket or similar short between the black/yellow 12v wire and the black ground wire in/at the socket. There are 7 bulbs to disconnect and inspect: tail/stop, tail/turn and side marker on both sides of the car, and the license lamp. You could remove all inspecting as you go, them put in a new fuse and insert them one at a time to see when the fuse blows.
