Chrysler Repair: 98 Caravan Sport Electrical, grand caravan sport, chrysler tech

QUESTION: I have a 1998 Grand Caravan Sport. It started with my wipers coming on occasionally. Then they came on and wouldn't stop. So we would pull the fuse and only put it in when it rained. Was told it was the BCM and it would cost $300 to rebuild it. So put it off til we had money to replace it just dealing with pulling fuse. Then the Van would start when it felt like it. When it doesn't start you turn the key and the odometer lights will not work at all. You know it will start when the odometer lights flash with 000000 then go to correct mileage. We were told it was the PCM which would also cost $300. So we replaced the PCM and it worked for a day then the alternator went out. Replaced that. Then had money to fix BCM. Now nothing works. The lights come on as soon as you hook up the battery and nothing will start. My father in law put in the BCM so i know it is properly installed because he is a Chysler mech. But we are stumped at what to do to fix it now. We have fixed all the expensive parts and still can not get it working??? Can you please help and tell us where to look to fix this. This van has been a Nightmare. I have owned it for 9 months and only got to drive it for 2-3 months before it broke down.

ANSWER: why has the Chrysler tech not figured it out I would need him to talk on here  not you  sorry.

QUESTION: It keeps telling me to rate the expect so they can get paid. They never gave me a answer. And it says Expert not accepting ratings. But they charged me money before I could even post my question. It already came out of my account. I went through JUST ANSWER and then they opened it up to ALL EXPERTS so how do I get my money back?

Just answers  is the pay site.   All experts is free.   I do this on a vounantary basis  and get no payment from this or any site using all experts.   I had contacted all experts just to make sure something had not changed   And thy told me. They charge for nothing. Everything is free.   An I don't have my rating stem turned on because odont care about it.     So if u paid for  anything. Then it was through just answers   Not allexperts.
