Chrysler Repair: 01 Chrysler lhs: code 0601/0725, chrysler lhs, necessary programming

Question
I am working on a 2000 chrysler lhs. I have no spark coming from the coils. I have a po601, po725, and po700 codes.I have changed the crank and cam sensors, checked the compression on #1 cylinder and it is over 145. I have battery voltage to the coils when trying to crank the car. I have checked all fuses and relays under the hood and inside the car. Took one of the coils off and tried it on another car and it worked fine. What am I missing? I am ready to crush this car.  Thanks.

Answer
Hi Steven,
The 0601 says the PCM has an internal failure and the only fix is to replace, and do the necessary programming of the replacement (VIN #, mileage reading, skim key if applicable) Sorry to report that to you. The 0700 says there is a separate specific code about the trans, and that is the 0725 that says the engine rpm as seen by the TCM differ from that seen by the PCM. But because the PCM is no good that is probably why the 0725 code is there. So I would replace the PCM and see if that solves all the codes. Try to get the vendor of the PCM to do the programming that is necessary.  Have faith... a new/used PCM should solve this one.
