Chrysler Repair: 99 LH turn signals, signal flashers, high beams

I have a 99 dodge intrepid and the signal flashers won't work at all, even on the dh the left and right arrow doesn't eve n blink but my wipers and high beams still work and it is all controlled from the switch, any ideas

Hi Nick,
There are two fuses used exclusively for the flasher system: fuse O (20 amp) in the box in the engine compartment, and fuse 9 (10 amp) in the fuse box behind the left end cap of the dash. They don't power the wipers or high beams. So check out those to see if either one is burned out or has a subtle crack in its internal wire. If so it might be a fatigued fuse, or it could mean a short which we'll have to deal with to correct. Let me know.
