Chrysler Repair: LIGHTING, chrysler new yorker, control modules

Question
I have a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker. When i turn the ignition key, the headlight covers open and the lights come on automatically, even though the light switch is in the off position.
What do I need to do?

Unfortunately I have very little information for this system available to me. Several things may be at fault, short circuited wires for the headlamp circuit, failing body control modules or an aftermarket installation of a security or remote start system. I'd contact another adviser who may have access to the diagnostic information you'll need.
