Chrysler Repair: 99 Chrysler 300m not starting: no codes, compression stroke, 1999 chrysler 300m

Question
QUESTION: hello i have a 1999 chrysler 300m series. ran fine then one day stalled 3 times then wont start. had to let car sit for a few months. now replaced crank and cam senor. had a 1/4 tank of gas, put in another 1/4 tank of fresh gas with an addition of a can of sea foam. cleaned all terminals. cleaned plugs. checked all fuses. only code is battery disconnect coming up on odometer...1684. theft system seems reset..i have the grey key. timing belt checks out butt car wont start. pops on initial start up like timings off. backfiring in intake. any help will be greatly appreciated

ANSWER: Hi Nick,
The possibilities with no codes are:
clean the throat of the throttle body, both sides of the butterfly plate, and the idle air passageway would be a good thing to start with; then consider
an off-value sensor (which you could only diagnose with a readout box that gives you the readings of them), an egr valve that is gummed up and stuck ajar (unfortunately involves a bit of disassembly to remove it and then clean out the passageways), a timing belt that has slipped (you could remove the upper cover on the left bank and see if the mark on the cam sprocket is between the two dots on the rear of the cover when you rotate the engine to TDC on the compression stroke (feel for TDC through the #1 plug hole), or one of the two noise suppression capacitors (mounted on each head) on the common dark green/light green spark coil supply wire for each cylinder bank is shorted to ground. That and keep checking for codes after trying to start it up with a full charge on the battery are my best ideas. Please let me know what you find.

QUESTION: hey Roland.. thanks for the help!! i goofed on the fuse number. it is fuse number 6.. lighter  ing/batt. just can't remember if it went in side a or b.  plus for giggles , i tried the plug test on all plugs and came up with only 2 plugs firing.... any advise??

Answer
Fuse 6 does have what appears to be letters on each pin for reasons I don't understand. In any case it appears to be for the lighter, not ign/batt. Maybe there are two separate sockets, but the wiring diagrams show this 15 amp fuse is for the lighter.
On the plugs not firing, which 2 are? I would believe there should be a code if that were the case.
