Chrysler Repair: 05 pacifica power loss with 3.5, throttle position sensor, exhuast manifold

QUESTION: I have changed my EGR valve, Throttle position sensor, MAP sensor, bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor and I verified 58 psi at the engine using a fuel pressure kit.  the engine starts and idles fine.  when you give it gas it bogs down and sometimes stalls.  I still get the bank 1 sensor 2 and now i also got a bank 1 sensor 1 code. please help.

ANSWER: Define. I keep getting bank one sensor one.   What does that mean

QUESTION: it is the O2 sensor on the exhuast manifold.

ANSWER: Hehe. I am dully aware of what And where 02 sensors are.  What I want to know is what or how did u come up with that code.  And what is the code number.   There are only 1500 different codes that a Chrysler computer can display
