ANSWER: Hi Dwayne,
There is self-diagnostic capability built-in to the computer. '97 was a transition year between the OBD-I and -II code systems but nonetheless try for a code readout using the ignition key, turn it: "on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing the switching in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light, which remains 'on', to see it begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat the process to assure that you have an accurate set of counts. Then write back and tell me the counts in the order that they appeared. Then we can see what is the likely reason for no spark.
I would not buy any parts until you have these counts and what they mean. If you don't get any flashing then a plug-in code reader will be needed. But I believe that you will. Also, if you don't get flashing then look at the odometer window to note is the mileage reading disappears and instead a 4-digit number preceded by a P appears. One way or the other we should get some useful numbers.

QUESTION: i cant find the relays were are they located exactly and if u hav a pic please show me

ANSWER: Hi Dwayne,
I didn't mention any relays, nor did you so far. Which relay are you looking for and why? Let me know and I can describe it to you as I don't have any digital figures for the '97 model year. Did your try to get a fault code readout?

PS Please 'rate' my answer. Thank you.

QUESTION: when i gave u the counts u told me about the shutdown relay

Answer
Hi Dwayne,
I found the earlier q and a now, it wasn't part of the follow-up that you sent me so I didn't associate the old with the new. Here is what I wrote:

"Hi Dwayne,
The code 12 means the battery was probably disconnected sometime in the recent past. If that is no so then you might want to check the battery cable clamps.
The code 55 means 'end of code readout' which is normal
The 42 code means that the automatic shutdown relay is not responding when the computer tries to activate it. That would cause a no spark situation and other problems as well, so that would be the first thing to correct.
You will see 4 relays mounted on the upper edge of the firewall in the engine compartment just in front of the where the driver sits. From the outside those are in order the back-up lamp, automatic transmission, auto shutdown, and fuel pump relays. You could try switching the automatic shutdown relay with one of the other 3 relays (one which has the same part number) and then check to see if you have spark when cranking it over. If you do, then that ASD relay is bad.
If you still don't have spark then I would verify that you  have 12v on the red/black and the black/white wires on the plug to the ASD relay socket. If there is no 12v at those wires then you have a blown fusible-link sort of fuse, no. 3 (pink), which is located in the top right corner of the fuse box next to battery. So check that fusible link and if blown replace it.
If there is 12v on the ASD wires then we have a wiring problem between the powertrain control module and the ASD relay socket.
Let me know what you find.
Roland"

The four relays should be plainly visible as you stand in front of the car and look at the back wall of the engine compartment on the driver's side. They are directly behind the big shock/strut tower, and just below the hood opening's rubber weather seal. 4 little boxes side by side with plugs and wires on their undersides. I don't have any images in digital format to send you.
