Chrysler Repair: A/C Fan Speed Chrysler TC-only high speed, chrysler tc, speed switch

I have year 2000 Chrysler T&C van.  A/C fan speed switch only works on high, 5th, speed. What are possible solutions?  Where are components located?  How do I get to them? How to repair? I have heard tale of a reistor issue.  I am handy under the hood.  Thank you

The problem is the resistor block. It is located under the right side of the dash, near the blower motor. If the thermal limiter blew, leaving you with only high speed, it would be a good idea to change the blower motor as well, since it was drawing too much current, blowing out the resistor block.
