Chrysler Repair: 2001 Concorde 2.7 l no start, signal wire, voltage source

Question
Hi Roland. I've been stuck on this for three weeks! The car cranks well,
has good battery and 5 volts to every sensor. Fuel pump is good and I
switched it with another drivable car. I got codes 0113 and 0123 and
checked the tps and iat. Could a bad or loose EGR valve cause a no
start!?

Answer
Hi Clay,
Yes it can if it is stuck ajar and then will lean the mixture too much to sustain an idle. So you might want to remove it an verify that the valve stem is free t  But either/both sensors could have problem circuitry:
The tps could have a signal wire (orange/dark blue) shorted to 5V or 12V, or its ground wire could be open to the pcm (black light/blue to pin 43), while the IAT signal (black/red) could be shorted to a voltage source that is higher than 6V, or the ground wire (back/light blue) could be open.
