Car Upholstery: Carpet and Interior, carpet companies, cadillac seville

Question
The first problem is my carpet in my 1992 cadillac seville is dirty and has dark stains on it. I've looked online and everywhere else to try and buy carpet but all auto carpet companies don't have my model year because gm didn't release the copyrights or something like that. Is there anyway i can make new carpet myself by buying carpet and jute padding in big sections then cutting it to fit. If so where could i get the supplies to make it, like the (carpet + jute padding). The only other option is to buy oem carpet which costs 420.00. I was hoping to spend around 200.00 or less. The other problem i have is that some of the other interior carpet pieces have marks on them or look extremly faded. Where would i buy carpet or upholstery material to redo headliner, and sun visors. Also what substance are you supposed to use to get the headliner to stay up. The only thing i know of is carpet stick spray that i used for speaker box carpeting. The last question is about leather seats in the car. The back seat is perfect but the front bucket type seats are extremey worn and have cracks and tears. Is there anyway to get new leather and redo them. Where would i get the materials if it is even possible to do or should i just look at buying a set of seat covers to put over the seats.
Any instructions or information on any of these questions would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,   Jonathan

Answer
I, as any trim shop, can supply all your needs. I custom fit carpet to each car for about $150 and up including new pad and installation. The faded pieces can be replaced or dyed. A sagging headliner must be stripped and replaced. About 2 yards at $11/yard. Contact cement or a good quality trim adhesive will hold this. I would need a sample to match the leather for a quote. If my least expensive supplier has it cost would be $6-$8/ sq. ft. Let me know if you want to order anything. Mark.
