Chrysler Repair: start and stall, restart and stall

1999 Chrysler town & county would start and stall, restart and stall, did this 4 times, and now will not turn over. the engine is 3.8

Hi Art,
It sounds to me like your vehicle theft security system is armed or alarmed and has not been cleared of that condition. I suspect the the warning light on the dash is illuminated in some fashion. You have to get it turned off. Try to lock/unlock the passenger side door using the key. Try the same on the driver door.  If that doesn't work then pull fuse 28 in the box under hood for 30 minutes and then put it back in.
