Chrysler Repair: Code P2172 Throttle Actuator, dodge charger srt8, powertrain control module

Question
I have a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8.  I have a twin screw supercharger installed (Techco).  I've been driving it with no codes for about 25K miles over about 18 months.  About 6 weeks ago the car went into "limp mode" on the freeway.  No power, rough idle at about 1500 rpm.  When you reset the key, all returns to normal.  Research would indicate (1) Vacuum Leak as primary culprit. (2) Grounded TPS (3) ground MAP sensor.
I've replaced the throttle body and problem persists.  Problem seems to come on after car is at full running temperature, and when my foot is off of the gas.  Usually happens when coasting to an exit or slowing for traffic.  Can't find any vacuum leak.  Could it be a bad MAP sensor? suggestion on how to check for vacuum leak?  Thanks!
