Where can I find a breakdown to replace rear lugs 2004 town country limited ?

The lug (called a stud in the manual) can be pressed out of the flange using a Miller Tool C-4150A which appears to be a C-clamp with a hole for the stud to pass through. You put a lug nut on the stud until it is even with end of the stud and then press with the tool to remove it from the flange. To install you put in the new lug and then put washers on the threads and use the nut to pull it into the flange. If this isn't clear I can send you a page from the manual.
