Chrysler Repair: 300 Chrysler: Electrical short. , battery cables, fuses

This morning when I got into my car I turned the ignition on and that quick I got a popping sound (really loud) after that no electric to the car.. Nothing.  Do you have any idea what I need to look at???

Hi Randy,
It sounds like something that is driven out of the ignition switch is shorted to ground. I would start by looking at all the fuses in the power box under the hood. Let me know which fuse, if any, you find to be blown out. Also look for any major burn-thruoug at the battery cables/clamps.
