Chrysler Repair: 99 LHS 3.5 Horn, horn blows, lamp assembly

Question
My horn just suddenly stopped working I know it worked yesterday. I checked the fuses & switched relays & its only making this clicking sound. What may have happened... And Roland your the best man!

Answer
I find it hard to believe that both horns would stop working. Try removing the relay and jump a wire between the two lower pins of the relay socket F62 and X2, which is like closing the relay contacts. If neither horn blows and you have 12v on F62 then check that the voltage is appearing at the horns when you do the same jump. If not, then the dark green/red wire from the relay socket to the horns is open. I see there is a splice, that may have been damaged (in the engine compartment, below the left head lamp assembly).
