Hi Roland, I check some past answers and can't seem to find what i'm looking for. My driver side power window won't go down. I believe the switch is good---the little light is on and when i try it I get a sound that it wants to work but nothing happens.All the other switches on the door work. where do I go from here? thanks in advance for your help on this

Hi John,
It either has to be that the window mechanism is binding up or the motor is weak in the down direction. The door panel needs to be removed and the mechanism inspected and absent some binding, the motor probably need to be replaced,
Let me know if you want steps to remove the panel
