Chrysler Repair: 2000 2.7 lash and top dead center question, interference issues, plug hole

about 6 of my lash adjusters can be taken out by hand...and i am putting primary chain in only. I HAVE TURNED THE CAMS CLOCKWISE ON RIGHT HEAD ONLY AND WHEN I TAKE SPARKPLUG OUT OF #1 I TURN OVER CRANK CLOCKWISE AND PUT FINGER OVER PLUG HOLE.....NO AIR TO TELL COMPRESSON STROKE...CAN YOU ADVISE THANKS

I don't understand your question, sorry. Do you have the procedure for installing the chains? The timing mark on the cranksproket is at 60 AFTER TOP DEAD CENTER. It is important not to rotate the sprockets independently due to interference issues.
