Chrysler Repair: Access to Radio power, antenna, 2002 sebring sedan, car antenna, power antenna

Installing connection kit for XM Radio to standard AM/FM CD player and must tie into present FM car antenna and power source. Is it difficult to access these areas under dash (without extensive panel removal); and if not, how do I access them?

Hi Tom,
The decorative bezel that surrounds the units in question can be removed by gently prying on its edges using a soft wooden stick to progressively release it from the clips that hold it in place. Then each of the audio units that you need to access are removed individually by removing screws on both sides that hold them in place. The wiring and antenna will be found on the back side and should come out with the unit to be unplugged. Let me know what specific sorts of power sources/grounds that are called for and I can tell you the wire color codes/pin numbers to seek.
