Answer
Hi Natasha,
Where is the vehicle now, at the dealer, at work, at home? Tell me specifically wha the dealer said: "no fault codes?, no spark?, no fuel or was it no fuel pump or did they say no fuel injection? all the spark plugs were oily?"
So what is the situation now, has the dealer said what they want to charge you and what would they do, or did you get it to start and go home? If the dealer has it, they should diagnose the problem, tell you what part needs to be replaced, and stand behind that so you aren't stuck buying things that don't work.
Is this the 4 cylinder or the V-6 cylinder engine?
I would start by looking very carefully at the smaller fuses # 5,8,10 in the fuse box/power center that is under the hood just behind the radiator and is long and thin. These fuses are in the third and fourth row from the front of the box. There might be a subtle crack in the wire of one of those fuses which is opening up the current pathway as the fuse is in use, which is the same as if the fuse frankly blew out. So look very carefully at the wire inside the fuse for such a crack. You could even try switching the fuses with others in that area of the box that are the same size/color.
Did you call the party you bought the car from to ask if they had a problem such as you are having and what is the history of that problem? Any attempts done to repair it?
I have some other ideas but I need to know the answers to all my questions.
