Chrysler Repair: Power Steering / Serpentine Tensioner pulley changes 1992 lebaron v6 convertable, pulley puller, tensioner pulley

Question
I have a new power steering pulley for my 1992v6 lebaron convertable, however, i can find no documentation on the procedure to change it, or the torque value for the bolt holding the pulley in. This pulley is cracked and slowly wobbling out, causing my belt to come more out of alignment. because of this, the tensioner is also being pushed out at a slight angle... will replacing the ps pulley help the tensioner issue, or should I replace both?

Primarily, I believe I can undo the bolt in the pulley and pull it off, put  the new one on, and tighten it down, however, I cannot find a torque spec for this, from either the hanes or chilton manual, and even alldata does not list a value for the pulley.

thanks!

Answer
Hi Gary,
The manuals I have ('91,93,94) for vehicles using the 3.0L V-6 all show that a special pulley puller is used (C-4333 Miller tool or similar) to get the pulley off the pump shaft. And it shows the need for an installer to press it back on the shaft (C-4063 Miller tool or similar) with no mention of the center bolt torque spec. Once you put it on you then run it and if it squeeks due to mis-alignment you either pull it out a bit or install it in a bit.  It would appear to me that the press fit of the pulley to the shaft is tight enough to not spec the torque of the bolt. If you can estimate the bolt size/threads you can pick it off of a standard table of torque specs.
If you can't get it off without removing the pump, then let me know and I can xerox and postal mail you the pages that describe all that is involved with that job.
