as for the exhaust it finding where the wire goes doesn't solve it then that will be my next step. thanks again for all your help!

Hi Amber,
I think I identified the connection for the dark green/red and black wires, loose near the right front headlamp. The horn, located underneath on that side of the vehicle has those two wires that are supposed to connect to it. One is a horn coil ground wire and the other is current from the horn relay output to feed the coil and thus blow the horn. So if your horn doesn't work that would explain it.
As for what next, review all the valid codes and address the possible causes that we have already listed for each in hopes of 'clearing' them, and check out the converter for flow function.
