Chrysler Repair: crank,cam position, harmonic balancer, keyway

i am replacing timing belt. other one broke how do i set tdc on crank so i know it is in right position. i pulled of harmonic balancer and there is no keyway to put back on in same position.

What is the specific engine that you are dealing with? and what is the year of the vehicle?
Probably the engine has a timing mark on the rear of the timing belt cover and on the crank sprocket rather than having anything to do with the balancer, but be specific.
