Chrysler Repair: 05 Jeep: no lightts, wipers, radio, jeep liberty, t claim

I HAVE NO BRAKE LIGHTS, NO PARKING LIGHTS, FRONT WINDSHIELD WIPERS NOT WORKING, NO TAILIGHTS, NO MARKER LIGHTS, AND THE RADIO IS NOT WORKING.  HOWEVER, NO FUSES ARE BLOWN AND THE TECHNICIAN CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM.  I HAVE A 2005 JEEP LIBERTY.  DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAN WHAT IT CAN BE?

I don't have a wiring diagrams (and thus don't claim any 'expertise') for that vehicle so I can only guess that it might be a fuse that has a subtle crack in the wire so that it looks OK, but isn't actually functioning. There are problems with lights, wipers, radio which suggests that a main fuse to the front control module part of the underhood power distribution box is not working. Sorry to be slow in responding but my computer has been out of order recently.
