Chrysler Repair: battery replacement 2000 chysler LHS, intake plenum, inner fender

Question
Thank you for the valuable info regarding the procedure for removing the battery. However I cant seem to get the air cleaner housing off, please advise?

Answer
Hi Clay,
Remove the cleaner housing cover and the air filter
Remove the clamp that holds the intake air duct to the housing (this in at the outboard edge of the housing where a duct goes thru the inner fender metal to the external intake plenum.
There appear to be 2 bolts that hold the housing to the body: one is inboard at the bottom of a
'foot', that bolts it to the wheel well housing, the other is on the outboard edge just in front of the air intake duct. That should free it.  Lift it up and detach the intake duct from the assembly.
I wish there was a better description but surprisingly little is shown in the Chrysler shop manual, the above came from the Haynes manual. Thanks for the rating and nomination.
