Chrysler Repair: 97 lhs: no start, crank sensor wiring, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor

Question
Hello again!  Well I changed out the throttle position sensor, no help, checked camshaft position sensor, voltage good. I want to check crankshaft position sensor, says it goes to pin 24 at pcm(I have the haynes now) but gives no color for wire, do you have schematic that gives wire colors? How can I check this without climbing under the car?

Answer
Hi Ken,
I believe that your '97 has 2 plugs at the pcm. If so, the wire color and pins are:

8V supply  orange    pin 3 of sensor to pin 44 of pcm
sensor ground black/light blue pin 2 to pin 43
sensor signal gray/black       pin 1 to pin 32

If yours has a single 60 pin plug at the pcm let me know. You can probe the pins at the pcm to see what is going on as you turn the engine over by hand using a socket on the crank pulley.
The signal should oscillate between 5V and 0.3V.
