Chrysler Repair: 05 T&C: dash/gauges problem, light shift, shift gear

Question
QUESTION: my 2005 town and country touring abs brake trac light came on would not go out i was told it was the fuse relay center so i changed it that did not solve the issue now i have all warning lights on including the speedo tach fuel all gauges inop could it be the little relay or what ever that controller on the front of the fuse relay center

ANSWER: Hi John,
I am having trouble understanding what was changes and what specifically in 'on' when it shouldn't be and what doesn't work. I don't believe the the abs trac light would have been turned on due to a problem in the intergrated power module or the front control module, but rather something wrong in the chassis controls of the abs system.
The panel on the front of the intergrated power module is what is called 'front control module'. Was that what you replaced?
Who told you to replace the part?
Can you tell me exactly what was replaced (the integrated power module box, the front control module, both, or part, and if part which part)?
Then can you tell me what warning lights are now 'on' (list them individually and do you mean they are 'on' only when the vehicle is running or even when the key is 'off'?) and which gauges are inoperative (list them).
Did it ever work right after you replaced whatever part you replaced?
Did a dealer/shop do the job or did you do it yourself?
Did you get a new part or a used one from a wreck?
Does the vehicle otherwise run ok?

QUESTION: This is John,  The part that I replaced was the integrated power module box, not the front control module.  This part was new, not used.  I replaced this my self.  Sorry, I should of notified you that I am a Toyota Technitian.  The lights are only on when the key is on and engine running. All warning lights:  Air bag, check engine, door ajar, tire light, washer fluid light, seat belt light, shift gear select lit with all gears selected.  Not working: speedometer, tachometer, temperature guage, amp gauge.  When I replaced that part I did not have a problem with the warning guages.  I was told by a chrylser technitian the reason the abs light was on was due to the integrated power module.  If I changed that the abs and brake light would go out.  It never fixed that problem and that was a month ago.  Now this is a new problem with all the lights on and guages not working.  Otherwise this vehicle runs and shifts fine.  Please advise and thank you!  (2005 Town and Country)

ANSWER: Hi John,
Because the issue centers on the instrument cluster may I suggest that you first do a 'self-test' on the cluster? With the ignition off, press and hold the trip reset button until Sof. and a number appear in the odometer window. Then release the button and await for any 4-digit numbers to appear in the window which would be the fault codes. Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

QUESTION: When I first did this it read 5 out of 7.1
Code E

Answer
Hi John,
That isn't a 4-digit number. Was that exactly what it said in the odometer window? By the way, did you try doing a fault code readout using the under dash plug or 'on-off-on-off-on and leave on" using the ignition key and looking in the odometer, likewise for any 4-digit numbers?
