Chrysler Repair: No starter action, radio, wipers: 03 Stratus, starter solenoid, action radio

2003 Dodge Stratus 2.7 V6 Put new CD player about a week ago.  Everything fine.  Shut off now it won't click, start,or anything.  Some accessories work others don't.  What would make it not start or click?  No power to starter, solenoid and radio, and wipers don't work.  Please tell me how to fix this problem.  .

Fuse #8 (20 Amp) in the power distribution center in the engine compartment not only provides power to the starter relay, but also to a section of the ignition switch that powers the audio system and the wipers. The red/white wire at the radio plug with 22 pins carries that current on pin 2 of the plug. So if you over drew the limits on the fuse that would take out all that you mentioned and more.
