Chrysler Repair: bettery warmer plug-in, dodge caravan, windchill

Question
Does a 1999 dodge caravan have a plug in for the battery.  It is -40 windchill tonight and I am afraid it will not start tomorrow.

I don't see any mention of such a 'heater' in either the '98 or the '02 manual so I suspect not.
Other than putting some sort of insulation around it I don't know of another protective device you can rig up, expect maybe put an extension light under the hood near the battery, which should help some
