how toreplace a battery in a 04 chrysler sebring?

Hi Mesha,
It is located under the left side fender, in front of the left wheel.
Turn the steering wheel to the full left position for access
Start by disconnecting and isolating with a plastic bag: the remote - battery connection near the left strut tower. This is for electrical safety when you later deal with the battery proper.
The battery splash shield has three plastic fasteners, and if you look at the very center of each there is round piece which if gently pried out will allow the fastener to be remove and reused. Remove the fasteners and then the shield.
There is one bolt that holds the battery hold-down so remove that bolt.
Then remove the hold down
Remove the negative and positive cables from the battery
Slide the battery backward and remove it from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse.
