Chrysler Repair: 2005 Pacifica P0132, o2 sensors, mopar parts

Question
Hello. First off I am a licenced Tech myself but I am stumped with my wifes car. 2005 Pacifica 3.5L V6. The MIL came on and it was the P0172 rich codeand I followed the diagnostic tree and found the B1S1 to be faulty. I then replaced it and after two drive cycles the MIL came on again, this time with the P0132 code. I followed the tree again and determined the new O2 was faulty and replaced again.(Both O2 sensors were Mopar parts) No more than a day later the MIL came on again with the same code along with P0172 in the history and now the vehicle intermitantly stumbles at idle and surges upon acceleration. I do not have access to the DRB3 or the tools to reprogram the PCM if that is the issue. If you could pass on some advice that would be great.
