Chrysler Repair: 2002 PT Cruiser start and run problem., starter relay, fusible links

Question
QUESTION: My PT Cruiser will not start or run. All the electrical is working like dash lights, headlights, radio etc. When turning the key on, there is nothing, no clicking no nothing. I have replaced the starter and solenoid, battery, computer, ignition switch, all relays and fusible links under the hood. With the key on, I can jump across the battery terminal and the solenoid terminal and get the starter to run, but the engine won't run. Any idea what could be wrong?

ANSWER: jump the starter relay see if it will do it then

QUESTION: I have jumped the starter relay (located inside the black box under the air filter)and no luck, I also replaced it with a new one just to be sure. The only way I can get the starter to engage is to jump across the battery cable at the starter to the solenoid terminal, then it will engage the starter but the engine won't start and run with the ignition key on the on position.

Answer

pin 85 and 84 power when trying to start pin 82 ground and pin 81 goes to the starter itself.
