Chrysler Repair: Minivan: one headlamp out, new bulb didnt fix, chrysler town and country, low beam

Question
I HAVE A 98' CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY LXI 3.8 LTR. I CHANGED MY LOW BEAM BULB AND TRIED TWO DIFFERENT NEW ONES , NEITHER NEW BULB WORKED ,  THEN I BOUGHT A NEW "LOW BEAM" RELAY AND PUT THAT IN, STILL NO LUCK ...  NOTE , THE PASSENGER SIDE LOW BEAM AND BOTH HIGH BEAM LIGHTS WORK ...  JUST THE DRIVERS SIDE LOW BEAM IS OUT ?  ANY IDEAS ?
THANKS AHEAD OF TIME , WADE

Answer
Hi Wade,
I believe that you will find fuse # 6 in the same powerbox is blown. Each headlamp (filament) has its own fuse. Fuses 4,5,6,7, are for the headlamps. The low-beam relay feeds both low fuses, but both fuses need to be good, of course. Let me know if the fuse blows so we can look for the short.

Hi Wade,
There is a fog lamp relay located in the fuse box under the dash, so you might want to verify that it is clicking (listen/touch) when you ask for the fogs. It is the third from the left in the bottom row of relays. It is powered by the same fuse that powers the left low beam headlamp. If it is clicking then presumably the bulbs themselves are 'out'.
According to the manual you simply go behind the fascia in which the bulb housing are located, rotate the bulb fixture counterclockwise 90 degree and the fixture/bulb will be released for removal. When you insert the new one, do not touch the glass with you fingers as any trace of grease will shorten the life of the bulb.
I hope that the relay or the bulbs is the ansewer. The only other possibility is a defective off/on switch.
PS Thanks for the kind remarks, rating and nomination.
