Chrysler Repair: wont start, anti theft!!!, fuse box, hiney

Question
My 99 town %26 country has the anti theft problem, someone from our church gave it to and I've only had it for about 1 month.  Is there any immediate way to reset the alarm so it will crank. I've tried to set and unset the alarm, open driver door with key etc.  Is there a fuse you can pull to reset it or something, or do you just have to keep trying it every 30 minutes or so.  This is a real pain in the hiney, especially with kids! Thanks

Answer
Hi Stacy,
Have you tried using the passenger door lock as an alternative to the driver door? If that doesn't help:
Try removing the IOD fuse, #28 in the rear of the fuse box, for a few minutes.
But, be aware that the theft system doesn't prevent the starter motor from cranking, rather it lets it crank and start and then turns if off after 2 seconds. If that is what is happening then you indeed have that issue. If not, tell me exactly what happens/doesn't happen and we can go from there.
