Chrysler Repair: 1997 Voyager/theft alarm problem, plymouth voyager, 1997 plymouth voyager

Hi Sergio,
Have you tried the door lock on the passenger side to see if it will disarm the system?
If that side works, then you know the system is OK and the problem is the wire in the driver's side door. The wire that you need to check goes from the door key lock (white/dark green color) and then that comes out of the door in a harness of wires and goes to a connector just on the other side of the door opening (pin 11 of that connector), and from there it goes to pin 45 of the upper left plug of the four plugs on the top edge of the fuse box under the dash. I suspect the wire is broken where it gets bent from opening and closing the door, or the switch at the lock may not be conducting. The procedure to remove the door trim panel is too long to type in here. But I will copy and postal mail you the pages if you will tell me a postal mailing address.
