Chrysler Repair: 93 LH-body: no spark on plugs 3/6, code 43, spark plug wire, primary coil

Question
QUESTION: sir: I have a 1993 concorde. I get no spark from the #6, and #3 by pulling the plug wires loose. I replaced the coil with a junkyard coil and then I got spark from the #3. #6 never fired. the error codes that I'm getting is 12-33-43-33-55.
I have disconnected the battery ground to reset but it still comes up with the same codes. Just so you know, the car has been setting for about a year and a half. But it had the same issue then to,thats the reason it was parked. what kind of trouble shooting do I need to do to get the miss out.
If you need more information please let me know.
thanks.

ANSWER: Hi Dave,
The 33 code is about the ac compresssor clutch circuit which we'll set aside, The 43 is about the ignition coil primary circuit, which is relevant to your observation of no spark from plug 6 but spark from 3. You have noticed that 3 and 6 towers on the coil park are opposite one another which means they are driven by the same primary coil, and should therefor spark simultaneously.
There are only three possibilities that I can see: a defective secondary coil (measure the resistance between the two towers which should be between 7,000 and 15,800 ohms. But because you got basically the same issue with the original and the used coil it would appear to me that you  may have an issue with the coil primary wire from the pcm pin 18 (red) to the coil pack plug (red/yellow wire). It may have a partial short to ground or poor connection at either end or at the 16-pin disconnect between them (pin 11). Finally, the #6 spark plug wire from the coil pack tower to the spark plug itself may be arcing or open. You might also check the resistance between the dark green/orange wire's pin at the pack and the pin for the driver wire, i.e. the resistance of the primary coil for that driver. It should be between 0.45 and 0.65 ohms.
The 12 and 55 codes are not relevant.

QUESTION: New coil. I didn't trust the old one. PCM? Where is it located? Is there a certain connecter I should be checking/looking at? Where are they located? I still don't have spark to #3 and #6 I used a long screwdriver from the coil the engine block. They other cylinders are working fine because when I pull the wires off at the coil I get a noticeable engine change. I do have a Multimeter But I'm not sure what to set it on to check the reading.   Thanks again!

Answer
I was confused? because you said you got spark from 3 but not 6 and that sounds like a coil pack or spark plug wire issue. Now you say you don't get spark from 3 and 6. If that is true then you should check continuity of the red wire between the coil pack plug and the pin 18 at the pcm. The pcm is located on the right side frame rail in the engine compartment and it has a 60-way plug. You check for continuity by reading the resistance which should be 0 ohm between the coil pack plug and pcm plug. Try shaking the harness also to see if it might be intermittent. You could also check whether you are getting resistance (as measured to ground) pulsing (once per revolution) on the red wire when you turn the engine over by hand using a socket and ratchet on the crank pulley bolt, and of course with the ignition 'on'. Compare with the same measurement on the white and on black wires at the coil pack as those are for the other 4 spark plugs which do work. You should see pulsing on all three, but if you don't on the red  and you have verified continuity then I would suspect the pcm.
