Chrysler Repair: Chrysler town amd country, chrysler town and country, transmission control module

Question
Have an 2002 Chrysler Town and country that has error codes p0700 and p0605.  Doesn't shift sometimes going 40 mph at 3-4 rpms.  could reset it by turning it off and restarting car but now it won't reset.  took to aamco and they said it need a new solenoid but when they dropped the transmission pan it had a little bit of metal shavings in it and they called and said that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Do you think the solenoid just needs replacing only has 96,000 miles on it.

PERFORM QUICK LEARN AND REPROGRAM PINION FACTOR.
Perform 41TE TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.


this means u need a new tranny computer   unless u have more codes then just this    U only need a tranny computer
